Loan Advisor: It is my role to manage the process of making your financing dreams come true.  I will usually meet with you for the initial consultation, and I am always involved in the review of your file to determine your eligibility for the loan program you seek, and to determine if there are other programs that may better serve you.  I then oversee the team as they manage the hundreds of transactional details that need to be completed during the process.

Loan Partner: You initial contact with the team will often be with a loan partner.  They will outline the process and determine how we should proceed (apply via face to face meeting, internet, or whatever method works best for you) and will outline the documents we need to complete the initial review.  The loan partner is also responsible for your file while shopping for a home, and then turns the file over to a loan manager once you are in contract.  At that point, the loan partner works hand in hand with the loan managers as well as all other parties (title company, realtors, appraiser, etc) and helps to make sure that your transaction is completed as scheduled.  If you ever have a question for me and cannot reach me, your loan partner is your best point of contact!

Loan Managers: once we order your appraisal , the file is handed off to one of these two wonderful ladies to complete a full review of your loan package and gather any conditions they expect the underwriter to need.  You will typically hear from them with 4-5 days of when you give us your application fee and sign your initial disclosures.   Once they have all documents they belive the underwriter will need to complete the review of your file, they will submit your file to underwriting.  The next step is for the underwriter to issue a list of final conditions, and the loan manager works with applicable parties (which may be you) to get the documents and turn the file back in for final review and issuance of loan documents.
