The FASTEST method is to start the application process online (Please read all of the instructions before clicking the button below).
once you are on the site, click the APPLY NOW button in the center of the page.
• Complete all required boxes (even if you must guess at the answer). We have the ability to change anything that you put into the website,
so nothing is set in stone at this point, but the website will NOT let you submit the information until you answer all required questions
• If you are missing any information, the system will give you the option to save your progress and come back later.
It will require you to enter your e-mail address and you will get a password to be used to pick up where you left off.
• Once we have the information submitted online as well as the supporting documentation listed below,
we can have the pre-approval done within 48 hours. If you need faster completion, please let us know.

To complete your pre-approval, we will need to document your income and assets as shown below.
You can either bring these items to our main office (801 S. Ham Lane, Suite K, Lodi),
fax to our 24 hour SECURE fax line (1-855-546-4329)
or scan and e-mail to kingteam@johnLOANking.com
1. Bank statements covering the past 2 months
(all pages please, so if it is a 4 page statement, I need all 4 pages)
3. Pay stubs covering the past 30 days
4. W2 statements and full federal tax returns (including all schedules) for the last 2 years
5. Property address for the home you are interested in purchasing
(if you have a specific property picked out).
6. Name, phone number and e-mail address for your realtor (so I can send them a copy of the pre-approval)
7. Copy of your drivers license and social security card
8. If you currently own property, I need the copy of your property tax and homeowners insurance statement for your primary residence, any second home or vacation homes, and any properties that you purchased within the last year.
Once we get this information from you myself or a member of my team will contact you to complete the pre-approval process, typically within 24-48 hours.
